Located east of Indianapolis, our client is a newer acquisition to a rapidly growing organization serving the automotive and off-road vehicle industries.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading a maintenance department and maintaining all production equipment in a high volume manufacturing operation.
This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive base salary, bonus, benefits, and paid time off.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead, develop, train and oversee the activities of skilled multi-craft maintenance technicians and other maintenance personnel Maintain all production equipment function and reliability Develop and manage an ongoing Preventative Maintenance program using CMMS Maintain all maintenance financials and budgets Qualifications Required:
Experience managing a team of skilled maintenance technicians Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems Strong working knowledge of PLCs If interested, please reach out to Max Adams at 216.
