Our client, west of Dayton and located in Indiana, is a leading manufacturer of machined components for the automotive industry.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment.

Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities:
Create a thorough predicative and preventative maintenance schedule to ensure production is efficient as possible Supervise the maintenance team and provide effective training Follow and enforce safety standards to ensure a safe workplace Provide annual budget information, monitor expenditures and implement corrective action Must have a 'working manager' mindset
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems 5
years of industrial maintenance experience 3
