The ideal candidate is results-driven, motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The Customer Service Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and working with our sales team to ensure orders are placed and shipped in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, texts, and other forms of communication in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales and call history.
Research products to identify features and benefits.
Identify customer needs by using company provided databases to search for customers information; analyze information to determine age, address, phone number, and other data; use this information to build a profile of the customer to create a new prospect.
Work with sales team to ensure orders are placed and shipped in a timely manner.
Meet or exceed sales goals by producing new business and closing sales with existing customers.
Provide excellent customer service by successfully resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education/Experience/Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or other related fields preferred.
