What you'll do:
Compute, verify, review and post production Close orders/run production reports Process and transmit Weekly Hourly payroll Process accounts payable / purchase orders to ensure payments to vendors are charged to correct accounts Process Hold for Inspection documents to determine if suspect goods are suitable for sale Unlock and lock-up main office Perform any special assignments or projects and provide assistance to the Accounting Department Prepare/reconcile WIP and raw materials inventory monthly Research inventory discrepancies.
Direct, research and correct production reporting issues for inventory control Monthly close, generate and post journal entries.
Make adjustments according to monthly inventories to control inventories, close books and generate monthly statements Daily invoicing and create manual invoices for the sale of scrap materials You'll love it here if you:

High School Diploma or equivalent One (1) year of related experience Computer and math skills Preferred
Qualifications:
