RESPONSIBILITIES Daily development with one-on-one and team training programs.
Follow value-based sales process to quote and sell insurance.
Manage lead follow-up with our simplified leads program.
Be willing to make 100
cold calls daily.
Be able to provide 50
leads of your own to quote.
Work established network of people who can provide you referrals to quote.
SKILLS Must be coachable and an excellent communicator.
Sales experience a must.
- Must be detail oriented.
Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team.
Must be able to network to create connections in the community.
Must be good with technology/programs:
Email, Text, Excel, Quoting Software, Follow Up Tools and Social Media.
