Must be board certified and willing to be the collaborator with 2 NPs.
EXCELLENT guaranteed base salary plus RVU.
$20,000 sign-on, $10,000 relocation, $4,000 CME, full benefits including paid malpractice and 30 days paid time off.

70 minutes from Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Dayton.
