8K a year JOB SUMMARY Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, and electrical systems in an industrial establishment.
Assists in process improvement design and works with outside vendors for quotation of equipment and parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures operation and minimizes downtime of machinery, electrical systems and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance and protective maintenance requirements on items such as, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturers instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Maintains facility CNC machinery (CNC turning and CNC milling equipment), assembly line machines, air compressor, mist collector, utility line (air, water, electric) and any other equipment that will need repaired or maintained to the proper working condition.
Locates, troubleshoots, and repairs mechanical and electrical problems in machinery and in the facility, including the physical structure.
Repairs and fabricates machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment such as lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines.
Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Requests and analyzes quotes from outside vendors on process improvement designs and equipment.
Communicates with outside vendors to ensure proper information and information is received.
Responsible for being on-call, responding to company calls for equipment/maintenance concerns.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
